Geylang - Presales technical engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
• Support the tendering and bidding process by providing detailed technical documentation and system design.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Provide input on system integration, networking, electrical, and mechanical requirements.
• Act as the technical liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Support project implementation teams during installation, configuration, and testing phases.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and product updates in robotics, AV, and smart technology fields.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics/IT) or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a presales or technical support role, preferably in AV, smart solutions, or automation.
• Proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English (spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of solution design, systems integration, and technical drawings (AutoCAD/Visio preferred).
• Familiarity with robotics systems, interactive displays/digital whiteboards, and LED display setups.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and client expectations efficiently.
• Willing to travel for site visits, demos, and installations.
