Job Description:
The Catering Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing catering sales activities to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with the operations team, and ensuring smooth execution of all catering events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients to generate new catering business.
Prepare and present catering proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
Conduct site visits, meetings, and follow-ups to secure bookings.
Coordinate closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure all event requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
Manage event timelines, menu selections, setup arrangements, and client preferences.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Handle client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of catering trends, menus, and pricing in the market.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, or F&B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays when required for events.
