Mandarin - English Interpreter (NIGHT SHIFT WORK FROM HOME) - Bukit Merah
Job Details:
- 3 months contract (renewable based on work performance)
- 5 days' work week across Monday - Sunday
- Working hours: 40 hours per week / night shift schedule
- Fully working from home (In Singapore Only)
- Salary $14/hr
- Training Salary: $14/hr
- Work From Home Allowance: $5/hr
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an over-the-phone interpreter, facilitating communication between Mandarin and English speakers.
- Handle calls covering a variety of topics, ranging from simple to complex, and addressing both technical and non-technical subjects across industries like healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, emergency services (911), law enforcement, and general business.
- Deliver real-time language translation services during customer interactions.
- Assist non-English-speaking individuals in understanding and resolving their queries or concerns.
