Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and professional Front Desk Customer Service Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our tuition centre’s front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

As the first point of contact for parents and students, you will play a key role in representing the organisation, providing accurate information and a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our courses, services, and operational procedures.
  • Provide a professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Understand and respond effectively to the needs of customers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through promptly and efficiently within service level standards.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer service processes.
  • Liaise closely with other departments to ensure seamless and consistent service.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management as required.
  • Availability to work on weekends

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to articulate in a clear and professional manner
  • Active listening abilities to understand customers' needs and concern.
  • Good Written Communication skills to craft messages that are easily understood and unambiguous, ensuring the readers grasps the intended meaning without confusion
  • Prior experience in education, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates emotional maturity and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Familiar with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
