For 52 years, SUN SANG has been dedicated to crafting distinctive semi-precious stone jewelry, using unparalleled artistry to create one-of-a-kind jewelry experiences for our customers. We are now seeking passionate individuals to join our team and together write a new chapter in jewelry retail.
Position Overview:
Whether you're a jewelry enthusiast just starting out or an experienced retail manager, we provide a platform for growth. Sales associates will focus on customer service and sales, while store managers will lead teams to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert jewelry consultation and deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Meet and exceed individual/team sales targets
- Implement brand visual merchandising standards and optimize product displays
- Build and maintain customer relationships to enhance repeat business
- (Store Manager) Oversee team management, training, and performance goals
- (Store Manager) Supervise inventory management and daily operations
Qualifications We Seek:
- Passion for the jewelry industry with an eye for aesthetics
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Fluency in English (Chinese is a plus)
- Retail experience preferred
- (Store Manager) Minimum 2 years of retail management experience

- 零售行業經驗優先
