Maintenance Officer - Bukit Batok

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and building systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
• Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors for repair works or equipment servicing.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, inventory, and equipment status.
• Assist in facility upgrades, renovation projects, and asset management.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic M&E systems, building services, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Familiarity with WSH guidelines and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to be on 24/7 standby (if required).
