Role Overview
The Project Management Executive plays a key role in supporting the growth of YeahPay Singapore by coordinating cross-functional initiatives across merchant onboarding, payment system implementation, and partner integration. This role ensures that business, compliance, operational, and technical requirements are aligned to deliver seamless payment solutions in Singapore.You will also contribute to process optimisation, analytical support, and strategic projects that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and service quality of our payment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage end-to-end merchant onboarding and partner integration projects.
- Liaise with internal teams including Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Product & Tech to align project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support regulatory and compliance onboarding processes such as CDD, KYC, and risk assessment.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with the optimisation of workflows, systems, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Support partner and agent enablement through onboarding guidance, training, and process coordination.
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives, including special projects and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership.
- Assist in developing dashboards, metrics tracking, and presentation materials to support business decision-making.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, payments, fintech, or related fields.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Adaptable to change, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong team player with a client-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with reporting or analysis tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
- Existing network within merchants, banks, or payment service providers is highly desirable.
