Project Management Executive / Project Manager

Role Overview

You will also contribute to process optimisation, analytical support, and strategic projects that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and service quality of our payment ecosystem.

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end merchant onboarding and partner integration projects.
• Liaise with internal teams including Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Product & Tech to align project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support regulatory and compliance onboarding processes such as CDD, KYC, and risk assessment.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Assist with the optimisation of workflows, systems, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Support partner and agent enablement through onboarding guidance, training, and process coordination.
• Contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives, including special projects and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership.
• Assist in developing dashboards, metrics tracking, and presentation materials to support business decision-making.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, payments, fintech, or related fields.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Adaptable to change, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong team player with a client-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with reporting or analysis tools is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
• Existing network within merchants, banks, or payment service providers is highly desirable.
