Senior / Recruitment Consultant

Salary: $2800 - $4000 (BASIC, Subject to level)

Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing, sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to placement and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their manpower requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source and attract talent through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client expectations in skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide market insights on salary trends, talent availability, and hiring practices to clients and candidates.
• Prepare and present candidate shortlists, ensuring timely communication with clients.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the acceptance process smoothly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery across HR solutions.
• Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs in placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business or Human Resource
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales/BD roles will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong drive and people skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
