Job Responsibilities

Quantity take-off, sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors.
Prepare and analyse sub-contractor and supplier quotation.
Prepare and submission of progress claims and sub-contractor claims.
Identify and initiate claim for variations to contract.
Administer contract to ensure compliance and conformance.
Resolve dispute with stake holders and finalization of project account; and
Participate in tender with duties to be dedicated by team leader.

Senior QS role, in addition to the above skillset, candidate should have the following: -

Proven track record in leading tender for building projects.
Pricing and costing for tender.
Proven track records in handling project from inception until final account.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Candidate with adequate experience may be considered for senior role.
Knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS)
Proficient in Cubicost will be an advantage.
Knowledge in contract law and SOP Act.
Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million.
