What you'll be doing?- Sales Leadership & Execution: Guide your team towards achieving sales targets through effective coaching and management.
- Individual Sales Contribution: Manage your own portfolio of high-value clients, driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Ensure your team's sales activities are aligned with company targets and forecasts are accurate.
- Customer & Account Leadership: Act as the key point of contact for customer issues, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Commercial Governance & Pricing: Maintain compliance with company policies while negotiating and closing deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure sales strategies align with overall business goals.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business/ Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Driving License: A class 3 driving license with a car is essential for frequent customer meetings.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills are crucial for success.
- Performance Mindset: A results-driven attitude and high integrity are key attributes.
