Senior Executive, Human Resources (F&B Industry)

Are you a highly organized and meticulous HR professional who thrives on creating a positive work environment? We’re looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team and play a key role in building our company culture.

As the Senior HR Executive, you will be the backbone of our human resources operations, with a strong focus on both recruitment and employee engagement. You'll be the go-to person for all things people-related, from attracting top talent to ensuring our current team members are happy and supported.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Employee Engagement (Core Role)
  • Recruitment: Take the lead in attracting, interviewing, and hiring new talent to join our growing team. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Engagement: Champion our company culture by developing and implementing initiatives that keep our employees motivated and connected. You'll handle employee relations, manage grievances, and conduct exit interviews to understand what makes our people tick.
HR Operations
  • Policy & Compliance: Be the expert on employment legislation and company policies. You will update and maintain our employee handbook and HR manual, ensuring all procedures are clear and compliant.
  • Administration: Oversee the HRMS system, manage work passes, and handle all HR-related documentation. You'll also be responsible for preparing weekly human capital reports and supporting management with key HR data.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: At least 3–4 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong background in the F&B and Manufacturing industries.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Skills: You are incredibly detail-oriented, highly organized, and have a solid understanding of employment legislation and statutory requirements. Your experience with payroll and recruitment will be essential.
