Sales and Digital Marketing Manager (Flexi/Hybrid) - Geylang
Due to company expansion, our company is looking for a Sales and Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and oversee integrated sales and digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, increase market share, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute comprehensive sales and digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and drive revenue growth.
o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
o Set sales targets and develop marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure performance and ROI.
o Plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
o Oversee website content optimization to increase organic traffic and conversions.
o Develop and manage content marketing strategies.
o Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new sales opportunities.
o Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
o Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all sales and digital marketing campaigns.
o Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven conclusions.
o Collaborate with internal to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.
o Work with external agencies and vendor partners as needed.
o Allocate and manage marketing and sales budgets effectively

What you need to have:
- Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest and passion for sales
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
- Team player, proactive and collaborative
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- No working experience required as comprehensive training will be provided.
