HR Executive
Job Summary:
As an HR Executive you will be responsible for managingthe employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate shouldhave experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar withrelevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Implementingand managing HR policies and procedures
- Managingrecruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, andconducting background checks
- Maintainingemployee records and updating HR databases
- Managingemployee benefits and compensation packages
- Conductingperformance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Addressingemployee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Ensuringcompliance with labor laws and regulations
- Preparingand presenting HR-related reports to management
Qualifications:
- Diploma inHuman Resources Management or related field
- 2+ years ofexperience in HR or a related field
- Familiaritywith HR-related laws and regulations
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Strongorganizational and time management skills
- Ability tomaintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-orientedand able to prioritize tasks
