Administrative Assistant / Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organised Admin Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Graphic Printers Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Kaki Bukit East Region and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.
What you'll be doing- Manage and maintain detailed client records and sales documentation
- Assist with processing orders, invoices and other administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients as needed
- Support the sales team with various administrative duties
- Help organise and maintain the office environment
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative projects as required
- Proven experience in an administrative or client-facing role, ideally within the printing or graphic design industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS Office suite and other office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
