Overview:We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across all facets of marketing, combining both digital and traditional approaches to drive brand awareness, sales and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, an eye for design, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role also requires a strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with external partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and optimize digital initiatives (social media, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and paid ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and online engagement. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee consistent brand messaging and positioning across all touchpoints, managing campaigns to build brand loyalty and positive perception.
- Coordinate offline marketing activities like print, outdoor ads, and events.
- Manage the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable success.
- Develop strategies to engage and retain customers through personalized communications, loyalty programs, and excellent customer service.
- Identify and manage partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to expand brand reach and contribute to any corporate sales.
- Conduct research to identify consumer trends, competitors’ activities, and new opportunities, using insights for informed marketing decisions.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and measure ROI.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Creation of artwork and any adhoc tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and ideally any digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferably hold a Class 3 driver’s license.
