About the role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool English Teacher to join our talented team at SAIL PLAYHOUSE PTE. LTD'. As a Preschool English Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational and developmental journeys of young minds.This full-time position is based in the Sembawang, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our preschool students.
What you'll be doing- Delivering engaging and age-appropriate English language lessons that foster a love of learning and support the overall development of preschool students
- Designing and implementing a dynamic curriculum that aligns with the school's educational philosophy and national standards
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration
- Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community to ensure the holistic support and development of each child
- Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
- A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English in a preschool or early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of child development, early childhood education, and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners
- A passion for nurturing and empowering children, with a commitment to their holistic development
- Flexibility, creativity, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
