Role Overview
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, building and scaling high-performing sales teams, and overseeing the commercial success of fintech solutions across key markets. This leadership role involves directing end-to-end sales strategy, market expansion, and operational execution while managing Country Managers and regional sales teams.By establishing scalable processes, closing strategic enterprise deals, and enabling local teams, the VP of Sales plays a critical role in positioning the company as a leading B2B fintech provider in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Oversee and manage sales performance across multiple markets and industry verticals.
- Drive enterprise client acquisition, including banks, fintech firms, and financial institutions.
- Lead and support deal structuring, high-value negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensure accurate revenue forecasting, and improve win rates.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to support smooth sales execution and delivery.
- Lead pricing strategies, commercial models, and margin optimization efforts.
- Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and pipeline reporting across regions.
- Provide regular sales dashboards, insights, and board-level performance reports.
- Contribute to regional profit and loss planning, resource allocation, and budgeting processes.
