Part-time Recruitment Officer

We are looking for a Part-Time Recruitment Officer to support talent attraction and recruitment activities.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy people interaction, social media engagement, and outreach, and are looking for flexible work arrangements with income tied to performance.

What You’ll Do

Support recruitment campaigns for Financial Adviser roles
Source and engage potential candidates via:
Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp)
Job portals and referrals
Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic screening
Coordinate interviews and career discovery sessions
Assist in employer branding and recruitment content (optional, if skilled)

Training & Support

Recruitment and screening training provided
Scripts, templates, and outreach materials provided
Ongoing support from recruitment lead / manager

No prior recruitment experience required. We provide training.

Working Arrangement

Part-time, flexible hours (Min. 20 Hours a week)
Working schedule can be discussed

Requirements

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and basic digital tools
Able to communicate clearly and professionally
