Campaign Analyst

Job Scope:

Support the Business Banking Portfolio team by accurately sizing, scrubbing, and distributing marketing generated leads to the appropriate channels
Maintain organized records of lead status to ensure effective lead processing
Monitor and track the performance of business banking marketing campaigns across various channels
Compile campaign results data and conduct basic analysis to identify key trends and insights
Contribute to the generation of performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Assist in ad-hoc data extraction and analysis of the business banking portfolio to support strategic decision making
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytical tasks
Contribute to the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reports by compiling and formatting data
Assist in the creation of visually appealing and informative presentations summarizing key findings

Requirements:

Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Well-organized with the ability to manage and maintain structured records
Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
Effective communication skills to present insights clearly
Interest in and motivation to work within the financial industry
Familiarity with business banking products and services is an advantage
Proficient in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
