• Assistant Manager
• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and floor service
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Manage reservations, customer feedback, and service recovery
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with local F&B regulations
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals
• Service Staff
• Provide warm and friendly table service to guests
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
• Assist in setting up and closing down restaurant floor
• Share product knowledge and recommend popular Thai dishes to customers
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times

• Prior experience in F&B, preferably Thai cuisine or casual dining is a plus
• Strong passion for hospitality and guest service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• For Assistant Manager: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B
