Job Summary

You will maintain accurate data inputs into the company database by organizing, updating, filing, and scanning documents. You will assist with internal document distribution and perform data entry for invoices, bills, and service reports while supporting office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Organize, update, file, and scan documents to maintain accurate records
  • Assist in internal distribution of documents, including stamping, photocopying, and scanning
  • Prepare and enter data for invoices, bills, and service reports to ensure timely processing
  • Regularly update and maintain existing data records for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform office administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet team and organizational needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive information
  • Use data entry software, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), and Cloud-based applications effectively
  • Manage time and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and support team goals
  • Collaborate reliably as a self-motivated team player
Other Information
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
  • Flexi time arrangement available
  • Work Location: Kaki Bukit
