Responsible for Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
- Ensure performance complies with specifications, technical clarifications, and drawings.
- Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
- To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements
- Prepare daily site reports, take site progress, check and take site measurements
- Minimise material and manpower wastage
- Handle labour and supplier disputes
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting
- Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
- Able to work on weekend/public holiday.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate requirement in Safety Supervisor
- Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues
- Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim, etc
- Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking contractors
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work at dusty environment
