Responsible for Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality

Ensure performance complies with specifications, technical clarifications, and drawings.
Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements
Prepare daily site reports, take site progress, check and take site measurements
Minimise material and manpower wastage
Handle labour and supplier disputes
Conduct daily toolbox meeting
Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
Able to work on weekend/public holiday.
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum Certificate requirement in Safety Supervisor
Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues
Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim, etc
Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking contractors
Strong communication skills
Willing to work at dusty environment
