The Job:
- Inbound call handling for Accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries
- Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers;
- Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers’ enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers’ information
- Assist in any duties and projects as assigned
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree Holders
- On Job Training Provided!
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to do OTs
- Ability to process information in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Training will be provided
