Senior Executive/ Executive, Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Process order selection lists and delivery orders, including new products, via electronic ordering systems and manual entry
• Provide timely information and support to stakeholders via phone and email
• Compile Service Performance reports on delivery issues (e.g., item damage, short/over deliveries)
• Collate and track operational data, including manual replacement orders, daily order volume (cubic/case), order adjustments, delays, and split deliveries
• Generate fortnightly and monthly sales billing reports for the Finance Department
• Perform Post Goods Issue transactions accurately and promptly in the system
• Coordinate non-promotional and ad-hoc orders, ensuring accuracy in product type, packing size, and quantity, and adherence to delivery timelines
• Prepare monthly management reports for analysis and operational review
• Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor inbound items (inventory and non-inventory) to ensure timely receipt and accurate order fulfilment before store distribution
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of delivery orders and related records

• GCE ‘O’ Level, GCE ‘A’ Level, or Diploma qualification
• 3–5 years of experience in trading, retail, or logistics operations
• Bilingual in English and an additional language (Mandarin/Malay). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Malayz/Malay to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Malay-speaking clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, warehouse staff, and drivers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
