Business Development - Geylang

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development to join our team in Singapore. This role involves supporting client acquisition, partnership development, and market expansion strategies across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with our regional sales team to conduct prospect research, prepare proposals, track pipelines, and engage with clients.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in marketing and business growth, who enjoys building relationships and developing strategic and commercial skills within a dynamic agency environment.

• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and case studies.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, PR) to prepare pitch materials and client deliverables.
• Support client engagement, including attending meetings and presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or account management, preferably in an agency or marketing-related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus (for liaising with Chinese clients and HQ).

• Exposure to regional business development and go-to-market strategy.
• Hands-on experience in client engagement, research, and sales operations.
• Mentorship from senior business development leaders.
• Understanding of how global brands expand across Southeast Asia and how Chinese brands go international.
