Our client, a company in the software development and IT industry—particularly in ERP software and IT services—is seeking an Account Manager.

【Responsibilities】

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer retention.
Drive revenue growth in the Singapore Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software market by identifying new business opportunities.
Schedule meetings to present the latest updates and gather feedback from clients.
Work closely with in-house business analysts and functional consultants to provide solutions for clients’ new requirements.
Respond to quotation requests and assist with business proposals and grant applications.
Upsell and cross-sell the company’s products and services to existing accounts.
Meet account performance KPIs as agreed with management.
Update the in-house CRM system for account reporting and tracking.

【Requirements & Preferences】

Degree in a related field
At least 2 years of sales experience in the software or IT industry, or experience in system development
Customer-focused and self-motivated, with strong client relationship management, problem-solving, and account retention skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills, with the ability to respond thoughtfully to client feedback
