We are now inviting passionate individuals to join our Offshore Companies team as a Corporate Secretarial Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Client Relationship Manager and team members in managing a portfolio of companies in various jurisdictions.
  • Ensure maintenance of Corporate/Client Relationship Management Database and Corporate Registers and records.
  • Maintain systems, adhere to work processes and controls (including documented policies and procedures) for the corporate transactions as they relate or are required by inter-group entities or third parties.
  • Ensure compliance and statutory reporting in various jurisdictions.
  • Ensure AML obligations in respect of transactions are met including raising internal suspicious transaction reports.
  • Attend to client’s queries.
  • Manage portfolio of clients including but not limited to, preparing of documents for setting up of companies, attending to compliance matters and managing transactional work.
  • Maintaining of client’s database in Portal.
  • Ensure prompt billing and follow-up on outstanding bills.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • 3 – 5 years experiences in financial services or with relevant corporate secretarial experience with a professional firm.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Corporate Administration or other related field.
  • Knowledge of offshore jurisdictions such as BVI and Cayman including regulatory requirements would be advantageous.
  • Methodical and meticulous.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (MS) applications – Word / Excel / PowerPoint/ Nitro
  • Proactive and ability to work in a team
