Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer (Electrical, Instrumentation & Control) to manage and execute engineering projects aligned with client requirements. The successful candidate will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.

• Proven experience managing engineering projects, preferably in construction, process engineering, or oil & gas industries.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Singapore regulatory and safety standards.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptive to changing management approaches.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude in challenging environments.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and project plans.
• Oversee project site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs) to ensure all electrical works meet regulatory standards and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Perform engineering calculations and conduct design reviews as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
