Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of Executives on day-to-day operations, maintenance, repair works, etc
Ensure achievement of Contract's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Attend to user request/reported breakdown, to investigate, check and analyse the requests/faults within stipulated timeframe
Ensure subcontractors performance meet the required service standard
Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs
Review quotations and reports submitted by subcontractors (if required)
Monitor of inventories stock for critical installations
Attend monthly meeting or when required
Update and regularly submit faults status report and ensure faults are rectified and closed within the stipulated timeframe
Responsible and accountable for all maintenance related works within the facility
Any other ad-hoc FM related duties / shift works

Qualification, Skills and Experience

Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Building Services, or relevant field.
Experience in IFM related field
Able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office
Experience in critical environments is an added advantage
