Summary :

• Basic up to $2800
• AWS + VB

• Northeast / West

Key Responsibility :

• Work with Customer Service to manage billing, resolve accounting issues, and support payment collection.
• Oversee customer credit control and ensure timely payments.
• Check sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve system errors (e.g., missing fields, rejections).
• Monitor payments and track submission success.
• Prepare and send monthly Statements of Accounts (SOA).
• Assist with monthly service billing and invoicing.
• Update and reconcile bank statements.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
• Assist Finance with month-end closing and year-end audit.
• Support stock counts and administrative finance tasks.

Job Requirements :

• At least 1 year experience as Accounts Assistant
