Job description:
DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan Lane), our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.
Roles and Responsibilities- Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
- Perform STI screening
- Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Assists in registration, billing and appointments booking of patients
- Assist with doctors' requests
- Provide patient education to patients and caregivers
- Perform infection prevention practices on work areas, equipment, staff and patients
- Perform clinical tasks (eg. monitoring of vital signs, financial counselling)
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Executive or Manager
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
