We are seeking an experienced Freelance Consultant Advisor with a strong background in Civil Engineering to provide professional advisory support on a project basis.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical consultation and expert advice on civil engineering projects
Review drawings, designs, and project specifications
Recommend improvements on safety, quality, and cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Liaise with project teams, consultants, and contractors as required

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in civil engineering/construction projects
Strong technical and analytical skills
Good communication and reporting skills
Able to work independently in a freelance capacity
