Job DescriptionSet qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on
Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups.
Respond promptly to customer inquiriesIdentify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
Conduct cold calling to clients for company’s products and services.
Follow up with clients effectively.
