Senior Executive (Operations and Maintenance)

The incumbent plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of all our retail outlets and premises under the group of companies.

Job Description:

• Plan and control all activities pertaining to preventive programmes of building or ad-hoc maintenance, facilities and building works
• Liaise with retail mall landlords, contractors, vendors, consultants, end-users and relevant authorities with respect to technical & maintenance services, repairs, installation, renovation, reinstatement works and operational support for promotional activities.
• Prepare cost estimates for repair works, work specifications, drafting of contract documents, invitation for quotation, tender and recommendation for award of quotation/tender
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations
• Participate and support various retail marketing and operations activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Building, Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
• Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines
• Good organization skills with excellent follow-up
• Possess strong communication, writing and negotiation skills
• Exhibit strong people management and interpersonal skills
• Effectively Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking contractors)
