Responsibilities :
- Able to manage a team effectively.
- To oversee the successful execution of steel structure projects within budget and timeline.
- Liaise closely with the subcontractors and drafter on the progress of work.
- Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and architects on technical matters.
- Review shop drawings and fabrication plans.
- Ensure quality of works is achieved.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure safety standards.
Skills :
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures, ANSYS, Robot Structural Analysis, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook).
- Good communication of clear presentation of technical info.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience .
- Budget Management experience require.
- Valid class 3 Singapore driving licence.
