Procurement Executive (Entry-level Welcome)

The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing suppliers, coordinating procurement processes, and supporting contract and cost management activities. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Sourcing & Management:

• Support the identification and evaluation of suppliers.
• Assist in maintaining good relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply of goods and services.

1. Quotation & Negotiation Support:

• Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers for price comparison.
• Assist in basic price and term negotiations under supervision.

1. Procurement Operations:

• Prepare purchase orders and track delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery or quality issues.

1. Cost & Data Analysis:

• Help analyze market trends and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

1. Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and documentation standards.
• Maintain proper procurement and supplier records.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with inventory, logistics, and other departments to support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Candidates with up to 1 year of related experience are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain processes
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
