• What You’ll Be Doing
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to placement
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of quality candidates across industries especially in the Tech and Finance/Accounting sectors
• Leverage creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, timelines, and expectations
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights and hiring recommendations
• Drive client relationships and deliver consistently high service standards
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding accounts
• What We’re Looking For
• 2 ore more years of experience in recruitment / agency / BPO environment
• Strong ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Commercial mindset with drive to hit and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
