Senior Accounting Officer (SAP/ Central) - JL18

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Accounting team as a Senior Officer. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, AR entry review, taxation, and financial reporting, statutory and tax audits while working closely with colleagues across departments.

Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of the following key functions:

• Trade - Prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes
• Trade - AR collection clearing

• Trade - Review the double entries for trade-related transactions (e.g., AP, AR, and charges)

• Handling all aspects of financial reporting matters and ensures timely closing.
• Prepare internal consolidation packages for submission to the parent company on a quarterly basis.
• Handling tax-related matters, including tax filings in Singapore, the Netherlands, etc.
• Manage various financial related audits, such as statutory and tax audits.
• Handle statutory filings, reporting and tax queries.
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments from time to time

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience with a minimum qualification of Diploma in Accountancy
• Knowledge of SAP accounting software
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
