Facilities Manager (Public HealthCare)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple teams and managers to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and exceeds service quality standards.
• Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance, leveraging the Integrated Service Model for efficiency and a safe workplace.
• To manage and monitor the operational costs and expenses against budget.
• Drive profitability by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining strong contractual relationships.
• Strategize, plan, and implement all business process and procedure that align with the operation requirements of the hospital (public healthcare).

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant Facilities Management (FM) discipline.
• At least 8 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in project management and facilities management.
• An ability to manage and lead a team effectively and excellent communication skills to engage with customers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
