Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and professional customer service to all customers, especially Japanese-speaking clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
  • Assist customers with bookings, service requests, and account-related matters.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring high service quality.
  • Process billing inquiries, payments, and documentation as required.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Guest Relations, or Front Office operations.
  • Fluent in Japanese (Native or JLPT N2/N1 level) will be an advantage
  • Strong customer service mindset with a polite, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or guest services is highly preferred.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
