Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and professional customer service to all customers, especially Japanese-speaking clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
- Assist customers with bookings, service requests, and account-related matters.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring high service quality.
- Process billing inquiries, payments, and documentation as required.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies and service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Guest Relations, or Front Office operations.
- Fluent in Japanese (Native or JLPT N2/N1 level) will be an advantage
- Strong customer service mindset with a polite, professional, and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or guest services is highly preferred.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
