Job description:
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the day-to-day logistics operations for Resorts World Sentosa. The candidate will be responsible to ensure a smooth movement of goods across the supply chain, including inventory management, transaction coordination and documentation.The selected candidate will need to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of goods based on the business units' requirement.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure documentation through Record Management System (RMS)
- Main Point-Of-Contact for managing E-form and WMS
- Main coordinator for end-to-end supply chain management (eg. Internal and External Warehouse, Inventory Management, Return to Warehouse and Return to Vendor)
- Assist in vendor invoice validation
- Any other logistics related function
- Diploma in Logistics or equivalent at minimum
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Experience in Logistics industry will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint
- Proficiency in operating WMS system
- Ability in communicating effectively with other business units
