About the role
We are seeking an highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team at COLI (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. This role involves managing architectural aspects of real estate development projects, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to scope.
Duties & Responsibilities- Oversee the full cycle of property development projects and liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery
- Prepare and follow up on necessary documentation for regulatory approvals, ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety standards such as CONQUAS, Green Mark, and Buildability
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor contractor performance, identify issues, and assist in resolving technical or coordination challenges. Ensure site safety and quality protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales & Marketing, and Legal to ensure project alignment
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing architectural projects in real estate development
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Singapore’s architectural standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in communicating in Chinese both verbal and written, to Headquarter in China
