Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, confident, and enthusiastic Sales Consultant who enjoys delivering Japanese Omotenashi–style service — thoughtful, sincere, and customer-first.You will welcome wedding couples into our store, guide them through their ring-selection journey, and help create joyful and meaningful memories during one of the most important milestones of their lives.

- Assist wedding couples in selecting engagement rings and wedding bands, even at early stages of wedding planning
- Participate in roleplay and training sessions to continuously enhance sales and service skills during non-busy hours
- Manage daily store operations, including stock control and maintaining a welcoming store environment
- Prepare for and participate in wedding expos, roadshows, and brand events
- Support brand promotion and maintain positive relationships with corporate partners
- Follow established sales strategies to achieve individual and team objectives
- Related experience in mid-high service or sales sector is required
- Strong service mindset with a warm, caring, and customer-focused personality
- Enjoys teamwork and maintains a positive attitude with a professional smile
- Proficient in English and any other languages are an advantage
- Candidates with experience in cabin crew, hotel / hospitality, bridal industry, luxury retail, or Japanese culture–related roles will be an advantage
