Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with strong knowledge in fabrication works to oversee project execution from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will manage fabrication projects, coordinate with clients and teams, and ensure delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee fabrication projects from initiation to completion
Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and resource management
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Monitor fabrication progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
Review drawings, fabrication details, and technical requirements
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation
Resolve site and fabrication-related technical issues

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management or related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience in fabrication or engineering projects
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (steel works, welding, structural fabrication, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good project planning and leadership skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Familiar with Singapore safety regulations (WSH standards preferred)

Preferred Skills

Experience in workshop fabrication coordination
Knowledge of AutoCAD is must.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
