Clinic Assistant (Permanent Part-time) [Night]

What the job involves

• Patient registration and medical record updates
• Appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination
• Handling patient enquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Billing and payment collection (CHAS, Medisave, cashless and cash)

• Performing simple triage and measurements
• Dispensing medications
• Assisting the doctor during procedures when required
• Chaperoning patients during examinations when needed
• Handling and preparing lab specimens for collection

• Basic stock monitoring and replenishment
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organisation
• Coordinating simple administrative tasks with labs or vendors
• General ad hoc duties to support smooth clinic operations

• Reliable and punctual, as consistency matters in a small team
• Calm and steady, able to handle the session without unnecessary stress
• Independent, able to manage a short shift with minimal supervision
• Kind and respectful with patients and colleagues

Experience in a clinic setting is helpful.

• Hourly rate starting from $12 per hour, based on experience
• CPF contributions provided on top of hourly rate
