We are seeking an experienced Immigration Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Singapore Professional Immigration Solutions.
As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our clients navigating the complexities of immigration policies and procedures. This full-time role is based in the Central Region, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Assist clients in navigating the immigration process, including visa applications, renewals, and other related matters
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure compliance with the latest immigration laws and regulations
- Prepare and submit high-quality, comprehensive immigration applications on behalf of clients
- Liaise with government authorities and other relevant stakeholders to secure the necessary approvals and documentation
- Provide exceptional client service, offering clear and timely communication throughout the immigration journey
- Contribute to the development of internal policies, processes, and resources to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the immigration services
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an immigration consulting or related role
- Thorough understanding of immigration policies, regulations, and procedures, particularly in the context of Singapore
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex immigration scenarios
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and government authorities
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client service
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in immigration, law, or a related field
