Process Technician

About the Role
The primary responsibility of a production process technician is to support the efficient and safe operation of the plant's production processes. They play a crucial role in ensuring that equipment and systems function optimally, production runs smoothly, and product quality meets the required standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth operation of the production plant.
- Follow work SOPs
- Observe safety rules and 5S.
- Assists in loading and unloading of ISO tanker, raw materials, carries out chemical waste sorting, waste transfer, and stock keeping.
- Conduct material weighing and charging (PA & RE)
- Assist TL in troubleshooting plant issues.
- Grade change cleaning activities (PA & RE)
- Perform confined space Tank cleaning (PA & RE)
- Reactor cleaning (PA)
- Conduct process gas and product sampling using gas chromatography (RE)
- Perform weekly PH meter calibration (CHE & PA)
- Min “O Level or equivalent
- Relevant working experience in a chemical manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Computer-literate able to perform data entry and use Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- Hands-on and able to multi-task
- Self-disciplined, good team player,
- Responsible and independent worker
- Have a safety mindset
