We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Fire Protection Service Manager to lead our maintenance and service operations team in ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of fire protection maintenance services.
This role is ideal for a technically competent individual with strong operational and leadership experience in fire alarm and fire protection systems.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily fire protection maintenance and service operations
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for fire alarm, sprinkler, and fire protection systems
- Liaise closely with clients on maintenance schedules, service issues, and operational matters
- Ensure maintenance works are carried out in compliance with SCDF and workplace safety requirements
- Manage and implement risk assessment and safe work procedures
- Conduct technical training and OJT for maintenance technicians
- Monitor team productivity, operational performance, and service quality
- Support maintenance/service revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular operational and progress reports
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, or related discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in fire protection maintenance/service industry
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge in:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Sprinkler Systems
- Fire Protection Systems
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Experience managing maintenance/service teams and daily operations
- Candidates with SCDF-related maintenance or project exposure will have an added advantage
- Good communication and client management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Class 3 driving licence preferred
- Responsible, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
