Job Description

Create and update 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks based on architectural/structural/MEP drawings.
Generate 2D drawings, sections, details, and schedules from BIM models.
Collaborate with project engineers, designers, and other BIM team members to ensure design accuracy.
Ensure models comply with company BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD (Level of Detail) requirements.
Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, MEP) to avoid clashes and assist in clash detection using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
Update models according to design changes and client requirements.
Participate in internal BIM meetings and contribute to model coordination.
Maintain model documentation and revision history.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and optionally Navisworks, SketchUp, or BIM360.
3 to 5 years of working experience as a BIM Modeller preferred
Good understanding of construction drawings and BIM processes.
Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
Team player with effective communication skills.
