Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand strategic priorities, service expectations, and evolving needs.
- Oversee day-to-day order execution and delivery coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including operations, engineering, supply chain, and logistics to achieve fulfillment and performance targets
- Lead cross-team problem-solving efforts to address risks, bottlenecks, and operational disruptions.
- Assess demand trends and anticipate supply limitations, implementing proactive measures to reduce impact.
- Track progress of projects and programs, providing structured updates on scope, cost, and timelines.
- Optimize resource utilization across initiatives to maintain execution efficiency and operational stability.
- Support broader business priorities through additional operational and program-related responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in program or project management within manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, including planning, materials management, and production workflows.
- Demonstrated experience driving schedules, managing risks, and delivering programs on time and within scope.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, changing environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and program management tools.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.
